We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. Paste in to your next reply 2 or 3 of the crash IDs someone may be able to gain some insight from them. We may be able to offer some advice if we see your crash reports, but that's not too hopeful on an old XP running an unsupported Firefox version.
